Volunteer as a Shelter Home Volunteer. We just completed our 5 day training for shelter volunteer applicants. We will post the next training date here once it is scheduled. Read about the position in the attachment:

Other Volunteer Opportunities.
1) Event volunteers. Occasionally Freedom House needs short-term assistance in managing and running awareness-raising or fundraising events.
2) Volunteer Coordinator. Freedom House is looking for a volunteer who can respond to initial volunteer requests and assist in the coordination of general volunteer placements and efforts.
3) Language Advocates. Freedom House wants to build its language capacity. If you speak a second language and want to assist us in communication with residents who do not speak English, please email us at info@freedom-house.us.com. More information about this position and training for it will be forthcoming.
4) Additional volunteer opportunities. Freedom House is looking for a volunteer graphic designer, Accountant / CPA, Grant Writer, Dentist and Therapist.
